Delivering judgment, Chief Magistrate, Rita Oguguo held that the prosecution was able to prove that the accused raped the under-aged girl.

Chief Magistrate Oguguo also held that the statement of the victim and evidence tendered corroborates the statement of the convicted.

Asides the incident of April 20, 2022, which led to the arrest of the duo, the little girl had been raped on different occasions by the two men.

She revealed Christopher and Lenu had threaten to kill her and her aunty if she ever spoke up about their actions.
