World Cup winner Lionel Messi is set to return to work at Paris Saint-Germain next week.
In a statement released by the PSG head coach, Christophe Galtier, world cup winner Messi will join the team on the third of January.
The Argentine who is also expected to meet with PSG president Nasser Al-Khelaifi and other top club officials to pen a one-season extension to his current deal is likely to miss two Ligue one matches and the French Cup match at Chateauroux.
